1. What is the quality of silver used in MOH Jewels?
All our silver products are made with 92.5% pure silver, also known as 925 Sterling Silver. This is the industry standard for high-quality, long-lasting silver jewelry. Every piece you buy from us is authentic 925 silver.

2. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes, but only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and the item should be unused and in original packaging.

3. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email support@mohjewels.in with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days. We’ll take care of it.

4. Do you offer size exchanges?
No. We do not offer exchanges for size adjustments. Please double-check your size before placing your order.

5. Are returns accepted after 7 days?
No. All return or exchange requests must be made within the 7-day window from the date of delivery.

6. What items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Custom jewelry (made-to-order)

Sale items (final sale)

7. What refund options are available?
You will receive full store credit (no deductions), valid for 6 months.

If you request a refund to your original payment method, a ₹250 shipping & handling charge will be deducted (may vary by location).

8. How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at support@mohjewels.in within 7 days with:

9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please verify everything before checkout.

10. Can I return something if I change my mind?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or personal preferences.

11. Can I use store credit on sale items?
Yes! Your store credit is valid across all items, including those on sale, for 6 months from the date of issue.

12. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If your return is approved due to damage or incorrect item, MOH Jewels will cover return shipping.
For refunds to original payment method, ₹250 will be deducted.

13. What if my package is late or not delivered?
Email us at support@mohjewels.in with your order number. We’ll track it and make sure it reaches you.

14. How can I check my store credit balance?
Login to your account and visit the Store Credit section. Or simply email us and we’ll update you.
