We accept exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery and returned in its original packaging.

1.2 Size Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size-related issues.

1.3 Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

1.4 Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preferences are not accepted.

1.5 Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Earrings – Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
2.2 Custom Jewelry – Non-returnable as these are made to order.
2.3 Sale Items – Final sale. Cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refunds
3.1 Store Credit (Default Option)

If you choose store credit, the full amount will be credited to your MOH Jewels account with no deductions.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

3.2 Refund to Original Payment Method

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a ₹250 shipping & handling fee will be deducted.

This fee may vary by location.
