1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

1.1 Product Exchanges

• We accept exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery and returned in its original packaging.

1.2 Size Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges for size-related issues.

• Please confirm your size before placing the order.

1.3 Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

1.4 Change of Mind

• Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preferences are not accepted.

1.5 Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Earrings – Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
2.2 Custom Jewelry – Non-returnable as these are made to order.
2.3 Sale Items – Final sale. Cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refunds

3.1 Store Credit (Default Option)

• If you choose store credit, the full amount will be credited to your MOH Jewels account with no deductions.

• Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

3.2 Refund to Original Payment Method

• If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a ₹250 shipping & handling fee will be deducted.

• This fee may vary by location.
