Return & Exchange Eligibility

Product Exchanges

We accept exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item

must be reported within 7 days of delivery and returned in its original packaging.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size-related issues. Please confirm your size before placing your

order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings – Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• Custom Jewelry – Non-returnable as these are made to order.

• Sale Items – Final sale. Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after deducting applicable

delivery and return handling charges. The deduction amount may vary based on location and

courier costs.

Unboxing Video Mandatory


To be eligible for any return or exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.


The video must be continuous, uncut, and without pauses


The product, packaging, and any damage or defect must be clearly visible


Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted


No return or exchange will be processed in the absence of this video
